Latest from your club

Hope everyone is coping with the lock down – here’s hoping we are all released soon and be able to get back on the Greens.

Whilst the club has been in “hibernation” some of our Board and staff have been busy with administrative and Greens/surrounds maintenance. Thanks to this work behind the scenes the club has been successful in gaining the following:

• obtaining a Victorian Government Business Support Fund Grant for $10000.00,
• receipt of the Job Keeper Allowance  – which enabled the club to keep employing our staff.

Additional to the above the club also gets some relief through:

• our payroll tax for the 2019-20 financial year is waived,
• Renewable liquor licence fees for 2020 will be waived. As we have already paid this fee we will be reimbursed.

The above Grants and initiatives will go a long way to reduce our club liabilities as a result of not being able to trade during the current restrictions.
