CLUB BACK TO TRADING – 22 June 20

As from Monday 22nd June the clubhouse will be open for trading.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions the following conditions will apply:

Before entering the club – supplied hand sanitiser to be applied
Bar service will be sit down only – table service (no standing at the bar allowed)
1.5 metre distance rule applies
maximum numbers in the clubhouse is equivalent to 1 person in 4 square metres (with the curtain across 50 persons per room
Maximum 4 persons per table
Bar Manager/staff responsible to applying current Victorian COVID-19 restrictions.

Non compliance will result in you being asked to leave.

Bar Opening Hours:

Monday, Thursday and Friday – 4.00pm – 6.00pm approx
Wednesday – 12.00pm – 6.00pm (if Men’s Social Bowls conducted) otherwise 4.00pm – 6.00pm approx
Tuesday – Ladies Social Bowls and evening trade – at Bar Manager’s discretion
Saturday – 12.00pm to 6.00pm – subject to weather
Sunday – closed (unless tournament is held)

NOTE: the above trading hours will remain flexible subject to demand

Weekly Social Bowls

Proposed weekly organised Social bowls – Members from “local clubs’ can now practice/join in social bowls (refer nomination sheets for organised events):

Tuesdays – Ladies Social Bowls
Wednesdays – Men’s 2x4x2 Pairs
Saturdays – Jackpot Pairs or similar (commencing 27 June

Membership Fees

Membership fee’s now due – if using electronic funds transfer please ensure you notate your name. Some fees already paid by the phantom (no details of person paying).
